Clients who may be suffering from\u00a0cognitive impairment<\/a>, exhibit challenging behaviour, or may be at\u00a0risk<\/a>\u00a0of falls or of causing harm to themselves or others can be challenging for staff members in the hospital given the client to patient ratios that are in the public sector.<\/p>\r\n

Homecare Solutions work closely with many families ensuring their family members get the one on one care they need to assist them during their hospital stay.<\/p>\r\n

The goal of care provided is to restore or maintain patient physical and mental functioning and quality of life. Our caregivers can advocate for your loved ones, while providing one on one care during their hospital stay.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
